Bathroom Upgrade Project

This renovation began with a complete tear-out of the existing bathroom, giving us a clean slate to fully reconfigure and modernize the space. We reframed the wall to accommodate a dual-niche layout, providing convenient access to shower essentials whether using the bathtub or the shower. The result is a functional, visually balanced bathroom designed with thoughtful details that enhance everyday comfort, style, and usability.

Gazebo & Interlock Project

We helped these Kemptville homeowners transform their outdoor space while preserving the gazebo they loved. After safely relocating the structure, we removed the aging deck and built a new 20' x 20' interlock pad using Blu 60 Beige Cream pavers and Raffinato steps to create a clean, durable foundation. With the gazebo reinstalled, new stairs added and a fresh storm door in place, the finished area feels intentional, low-maintenance and built to enjoy for years.

Backyard Boardwalk Installation

For this project, the homeowners needed a functional pathway from their backyard to the sidewalk, as underground pool lines limited traditional landscaping options. We excavated and prepared the area, installed a geosynthetic fabric with a clear stone base, and finished the build with a custom pressure-treated boardwalk featuring a clean picture-frame border. The result is a sturdy, low-maintenance walkway that blends well with the surrounding yard.

Backyard Interlock Transformation

We helped these Hammond homeowners upgrade their outdoor space by removing an aging, rotted wooden deck and replacing it with a clean, long-lasting foundation. After clearing out the old structure, we installed a new 18' x 24' interlock pad using Blu 60 Champlain Grey pavers to create a durable, low-maintenance surface. The finished area provides a stylish, functional space that enhances the yard and is built to enjoy for years to come.

Front Porch Extension Project

The front porch roof was extended to create a more welcoming and functional entryway, supported by 8x8 Douglas fir posts for a bold, natural look. A cedar tongue-and-groove ceiling with integrated pot lights adds warmth and character, while a durable metal roof provides long-lasting protection. Together, these upgrades create a clean, elevated façade that enhances both curb appeal and everyday usability.

Land Transformation Project

This ¼-acre plot of swampy, overgrown land was fully cleared and prepared for redevelopment. After removing trees and unwanted vegetation, we brought in over 100 loads of fill, topsoil, and grass seed to level, enrich, and stabilize the ground. The once unusable space is now a lush, functional front yard that adds beauty, accessibility, and everyday value to the property, completely reshaping how the space can be enjoyed.

  • Importing 100+ loads of fill and topsoil

Custom Bathroom Remodel

This renovation began with a full demolition down to the studs, allowing for a complete redesign of the space. A curbless shower was incorporated for a clean, accessible layout, paired with large-format tiles that required precision cutting to follow the slope of the shower pan seamlessly. The shower niche was carefully positioned to align with the tile pattern, creating a modern, cohesive aesthetic throughout the room.

Land Transformation Project

This project involved full land clearing and an access rebuild for an aging barn. Our team removed multiple trees, hauled logs, and chipped smaller debris to open up the property. We then built a new access road to the barn and completed detailed back-dragging to prepare the surrounding area. Minor structural repairs were also finished, including fixing wood siding, reinforcing doors, repairing sections of the metal roof, and removing years of accumulated waste.
